    Okay so here is what I suggest you do. First eat a hletahy diet. Models don’t get skinny by just working out. For breakfast I would make some oatmeal with a few teaspoons of maple syrup. Also add bannans. Marissa Miller eats this for breakfast. If you get hungry just eat some fruit during the day or snack on rosted almonds. They are a great source of protein. For lunch I would do a salad with lots of vegetables added in as well as a dairy on the side like Greek Yogurt. A good way to cleanse your system is to put apple cyder vinnegar into your water it cleanses your system. For dinner eat salmon or grilled skinless chicken. For veggies eat assparugus and lentils. For dairy eat laughing cow cheese throughout the day. Also drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. Now excersies Run for 40 minutes a days a week. Also lift dumbells about 100 times each and do push ups. You should also do leg lunges butterfly crunches and cheerleading crunches.
