Anyone that remembers Kristen Stewart from her Panic Room days will remember a rather casual awkward kid who looked at little out of place at the premier of the movie. However, as the pictures show Kristen’s acting career and fashion sense have come a long way, as she recently turned up at the MTV Movie Awards looking very rock chic in a Balmain numbers…a far cry from the rather dodgy outfit she can be seen wearing in her earlier acting days at the Panic Room premier!
