Famous™ Caroline Kennedy running for Hillary Clinton’s senate seat
December 17, 2008 in Senate by Admin
Caroline Bouvier Kennedy, 51, who is the daughter and only surviving child of John F. Kennedy and his wife, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis was born in New York.
Caroline lived in the white house when her father was president and after his passing she moved to New York in about 1964. Thereafter, she attended Harvard University and received her undergraduate degree and then went on to Columbia law school. She is an author of many books and has raised millions of dollars for the department of education.
Caroline’s road began when she started as a copy girl working for the Daily News, she would not only make copies, but also bought lunch and coffee for others. And although she was wealthy she learned to work at a relatively young age in a position she had to have been quite humbled by.
And although she has had a modest road to running for senator, her work as a lawyer and writer will now help her when she runs for Hillary Rodham Clinton’s Senate seat.
According to sources Caroline is now ready to enter into politics because her children are grown up. With her two daughters in college and her son is in high school she is ready to throw her hat into the political arena. With the encouragement of her family members America just may see another Kennedy looking to make positive change in America.
Interesting note: Caroline extended herself and voted for Barack Obama saying, “Obama will inspire a new generation of Americans.”
