AT&T Defines Monopoly!

AT&T defines what it means to be a monopoly or duopoly. No matter what they would like to call it, it means less competition and higher prices. They are currently seeking to purchase T-Mobile for $39 billion dollars. You know what that means for you as a consumer, right? Higher prices and a loss of T-Mobiles unbelievably fantastic customer service. It will be extremely interesting to see whether or not this merger will be allowed to take place.
If you think about it, it’s really AT&T waiving the white flag to T-Mobile and their commercials. Why pay more? I guess the answer to that question is, because AT&T owns it. And now apparently, they may own T-Mobile as well, which answers your question T-Mobile. It’s because the more money you have, the more power you have. The power to charge customers whatever you want.
